These Terms and Conditions shall govern the Referral Contest of the ‘Next In’ Hackathon which is being organised by the International Cricket Council (ICC) and NIUM. This Hackathon is being executed by Hack2skill.
By registering for the Referral Contest, the participants agree to abide by all the Terms and Conditions.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change the date and time of the Hackathon.
There will be no refund of any personal expenses incurred by Participants as a part of the referral contest.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notification and you agree to be bound by such Terms and Conditions.
The Contest is open to everyone, irrespective of their country of origin, whereby winners will be chosen by the Organiser.
The Organiser may disqualify entries that:
Are in violation of third-party rights, law, or regulation,
Use inappropriate or explicit language or images, or
Display content that the Organiser or its sponsors otherwise find objectionable or inconsistent with the organizers’ brand image or goodwill.
The Organiser will accept entries from those who are below the age of 18 (minimum age of 14) provided they emerge as winners of the contest and have completed the following Minor Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Form which will be sent via their registered e-mail.
The Participants agree to abide by all applicable personal data protection legislation and process personal data only in the manner set out in the Personal Data Protection Act 2013.
The Contest shall be live from 25th January 2023 to 11th February 2023.
The Contest period may be reduced/extended at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
The participant will have to enter the contest by registering for it on the website bearing URL - https://hackathon.icc-cricket.com/referral.html
The Organiser will have the right at their sole discretion to determine whether an entrant is eligible for the contest.
The contest winner will be chosen based on the number of registrations received from a UTM link.
There will be a total of 20 winners classified into three categories.
In case a contest participant generates two (2) UTM codes using the same contact number, the registrations will be tracked for each UTM code separately. The participant shall not be entitled to claim a merger of the number of registrations received from the two UTM codes.
The organiser reserves the right to select the winners as per the internal selection process. Such declaration of Winners by the Organiser shall be final and the Participant hereby waives all rights to object or question such decision.
The Winner shall be announced and notified on the applicable social handle of the Organiser.
The Winner will also be contacted within three (3) weeks of announcement by the Organiser. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within two (2) days of notification by e-mail, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the Winner and pick a replacement winner.
The organiser will inform the winner about the prize collection procedure.
The referral contest shall cease to exist once the registration phase of the ‘Next In’ Hackathon is complete.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest and these terms and conditions without prior notice.
The ‘Next In’ Hackathon shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
Referrers may participate in the Program made available by Next In, in order to refer the hackathon to their friends and get them to register.
To do this, Referrers must necessarily submit personal information about themselves such as name, phone number and e-mail address, so that ‘Next In’ can send communications to the winners of the referral program.
The personal information will be collected, processed and used for no other purpose than the one mentioned above.
